The amenities include an outdoor pool with hot tub, spacious courtyard, gym, steam room, recreational room and underground parking. Also attached to the building is a locally owned cafe, spin workout studio and local’s favourite Basil and Mint restaurant.

The space

Located on the 6th floor of building with short walking distance to elevator and stairs from front entrance or underground parking. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, access to private patio, walk-in closet and attached bathroom. The spacious den has one queen bed with TV and storage for personal belongings. Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating area to drink your morning coffee or sit at the dining table to enjoy your meal. Sofa bed in living space with mounted TV. Access to private patio with outdoor furniture. The suite is located along the serene creekside which allows for some serious R&R! Pool and gym conveniently located on the third floor.
