Cancellation Policy
We value your trust in Rentals Okanagan and aim to make our cancellation process clear and fair for all guests.
1. Free Cancellation
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 7 days away.
2. Standard Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel 7 or more days before check-in (after 24 hours of booking), you’ll receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will be charged 100% for all nights.
3. No-Show & Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures after check-in.
4. Force Majeure
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), we may issue credit or partial refunds at our discretion.
5. Modification Policy
Changes to your booking made within 7 days of check-in are treated as cancellations. Date changes may incur rate differences or fees.
